Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your items No Problem. Just fill out a return form here:
within 10 days of having received the item. Returns must be APPROVED before shipping items back to us. Eligible items will be accepted for STORE CREDIT ONLY. We DO NOT process refunds.

Defective or damage items must be reported within 48 hours of package arrival. If not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Processing,

Once we receive the returned item, it usually takes us anywhere from 10-15 business days to process your store credit. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued a store credit in the form of an Gift Card via email.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

**Please Note: The customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
